Privacy Policy of Android Security 

Once you decide to use our VPN service, you have some concerns about the privacy and access to your personal information of any “third party”, including Android Security. To avoid misinterpretation or misunderstandings of the process, we provide a full description of the process we use to process or store your personal data.This will help you understand what information we collect and store, what can happen to this information when using our services. 

We want you to use our service to know that our main task is your information security and privacy and to understand how we provide it. We basically do not keep logs (and we are not even able to do this due technical reasons), therefore, regardless of the jurisdiction under which we or our partners work, we can not provide these magazines! We process only minimal user data - only as much as it is necessary to provide our services to our customers. 

The definitions used in this document are explained in detail in our Terms of Service. 

Processing your data 

Android Security follows PCI DSS rules and complies with all GDPR requirements. We strictly follow the rules not to track, record, register, store or transfer to any third parties any personal information of our users. Android Security does not store service connection timestamps, session information, bandwidth used, traffic logs, IP addresses or other data. We use the most modern encryption methods, which are activated when the user turns on our software. We using advanced techniques that makes user traffic invisible (“stealths” mode) for Internet providers, third-party observers, censors or cybercriminals. Android Security does not keep logs, so we have nothing to transfer to third parties, even if they will “ask” us. 

Personal data of minors 

Under the requirements of the GDPR, persons under 16 years of age (this also covers the requirements of COPA) must not use the Android Security Services and provide us with any personal data without the consent or control of parents or guardians. Android Security excludes the collection and disclosure of personal information of users under the age of 16. It also assumes that the services provided by Android Security and providing us with your personal data are not let than 16 years old. If it is discovered that a user under the age of 16 has provided false information, Android Security reserves the right to immediately suspend access to Android Security services. 

Grounds for data processing 

We use your personal data only to provide you with Android Security services following an agreement between you and Android Security, as provided for in our Terms of Service. 

Android Security has the right to process your personal data (email address) for direct marketing purposes in the following cases: when we obtain your consent to such processing (in this case, the legal basis for processing is your consent) or when the law allows us to contact you without separate consent. 

Your rights to protect personal data 

You have the right to ask us to provide you with the personal data that we have collected, to request to make any changes to them or correct inaccurate information. You have the right to object to certain processing of personal data (for example, for marketing purposes). You have the right to provide us with a copy of your personal data in a structured, standard and machine-readable format to transfer (if technically possible) your personal data to another controller or to delete your personal data. You also have the right to demand to restrict the processing of your personal data (if there is a legal basis for this). In cases where your personal data is processed based on separate consent, you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. 

If you do not agree with the processing of your Android Security personal data, you can refuse to use our service at any time. If in this case, you require Android Security to stop processing your personal data, your data will only be processed to the extent that it is necessary to terminate your use of the Android Security services. For technical reasons (such as database backups), your personal data will be permanently deleted only within 30 days or during another period, if this is provided for by law. 

Other conditions 

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the jurisdiction of the Republic of Lithuania. In case of changing the jurisdiction under which Android Security operates, this paragraph will be accordingly changed. If your data is processed by our subsidiary in your country, then, at our discretion, the national legislation of your country may apply. 

Android Security reminds you that you yourself are responsible for the security of your data. 

You cannot assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Privacy Policy to third parties.
