Find which part is failing
Change one thing at a time and note the result. Repeatedly reinstalling the app can remove useful diagnostic information without addressing the cause. Start by checking whether the problem affects all sites, one site, or only the VPN connection.

Server list or startup will not finish loading
First establish that the underlying connection works and any Wi-Fi login is complete. Check for an app update in Google Play. Restart the app once. If the list still does not load on both a trusted Wi-Fi network and mobile data, report the time and app version rather than repeatedly clearing storage. A loading screen does not mean the VPN is protecting traffic.
Slow connection
Compare the same download or webpage with and without VPN on the same network. Do not compare Wi-Fi without VPN to mobile data with VPN: that changes two variables. If the app offers another server, compare it too. Routing, network congestion and server distance can affect speed. No speed or latency result is guaranteed by this website.
Send a useful support request
Email [email protected] with the Android version, app version shown on your device, device model, approximate failure time with timezone, network type, selected server if known, exact error, and the checks above. Say whether the failure occurs before or after the VPN connects. Crop screenshots to remove notifications, account names and unrelated personal information. Never include passwords, payment-card details or private keys.

- Интернет не работает без VPN: отключите VPN и откройте HTTPS-сайт. Проверьте пакет мобильных данных, вход в Wi-Fi и сигнал; попробуйте другую доверенную сеть.
- Интернет есть, VPN не подключается: проверьте сообщение приложения и запись VPN Android. Завершите другой личный VPN, повторите подключение один раз, затем попробуйте другой доступный сервер. Не отключайте управляемые средства защиты.
- VPN подключён, не работают все сайты: сравните работу без VPN, затем Wi-Fi и мобильные данные. Переподключитесь один раз и сообщите поддержке, какая комбинация сети и сервера не работает.
- Не работает один сервис: откройте другой HTTPS-сайт через тот же VPN. Возможны ограничения VPN или сбой самого сервиса. Соблюдайте его правила; VPN не гарантирует доступ к любому сервису.
- Разрыв после блокировки экрана: проверьте, возникает ли он только в фоне. Посмотрите настройки батареи и фоновой работы приложения. Меняйте только понятные параметры: поведение зависит от производителя.
Список серверов не загружается
Проверьте обычный интернет и завершение входа в Wi-Fi, обновление Google Play и один раз перезапустите приложение. Если список не загружается и через доверенный Wi-Fi, и через мобильные данные, сообщите время и версию приложения. Не очищайте хранилище многократно. Экран загрузки не означает защиту трафика.
Низкая скорость
Сравните одну страницу или загрузку с VPN и без него в одной сети. Сравнение Wi-Fi без VPN и мобильной сети с VPN меняет сразу два условия. Если доступен другой сервер, проверьте его. На скорость влияют маршруты, загрузка сети и расстояние до сервера; сайт не гарантирует скорость и задержку.
Обращение в поддержку
Напишите на [email protected]: версия Android и приложения, модель устройства, время с часовым поясом, тип сети, выбранный сервер, точная ошибка и результаты проверок. Укажите, происходит ли сбой до или после подключения VPN. Уберите со скриншотов уведомления, имена аккаунтов и личные сведения. Не отправляйте пароли, данные карт или private keys.
